We were very pleased with Touchdown Plumbing’s work. They installed a 2 way clean out for us and lined our old cast iron piping to the city main. We ran into some issues during the job with a collapsed pipe and Rich and his guys were able to help us through it in a thorough and efficient way. Rich is quick at responding and he always kept us up-to-date with the job scope and if any issues came up. The prices he gave us are fair compared to other plumbers quotes. We would definitely recommend Rich and Touchdown Plumbing to anyone we know and we would be happy to use their services again in the future.

We will never use another plumbing company! We have had a year long plumbing saga and Richard and the Touchdown Plumbing team have been our saving grace. From fixing pinhole leaks to a full home repipe job, and most recently replacing our hot water heater - they have been fast, reliable, and affordable. I hope I don’t have to see another plumber for another 5 years but if I do I will be calling TD Plumbing!

I try to use local and smaller companies, next time I'm going with bigger plumbing company! Same would of been cheaper and after work is done, he can't even give me a proper break down of work done!. He will answer real fast when you first call, after work down he can't be bothered!

We had an overall great experience with Touchdown Plumbing. We had a few faucets that needed to be replaced. It was easy to schedule a time and the team showed up on time. All communications with the owner and scheduler were prompt and easy. When one of the drains dripped the next day, a technician was immediately sent to make sure everything was perfect. I appreciated the company’s responsiveness , professionalism and effort to make sure everything was done completely correctly.

Fantastic service! Rich responded right away, set up appointment for the next morning and showed up when he said he would. Extremely professional, clean truck, uniform, state of the art equipment. Went the extra distance to take care of the drain problem and the charges weren’t over what he quoted. Very reasonable. Really can’t say enough good things about Touchdown Plumbing, I will refer them and use them for all my future plumbing needs. I highly recommend them and if you go with them, you’re supporting a family run business.

The best plumbing company that I've ever dealt with. It was amazing how responsive Richard was from the time we reached out to him. He quickly came over the house to check out the hot water leak we had and the quote he provided was better than the previous 3 we received.
